Kevin Burkum is CEO of U.S. Farmers & Ranchers in Action (USFRA), a national farmer-led organization representing more than 700,000 farmers and ranchers, along with leading companies across the agricultural value chain. USFRA works to champion U.S. agriculture and elevate the voices of farmers and ranchers on critical issues shaping the industry’s future.
Raised on a small dairy farm, where he milked cows, baled hay, and picked corn, Kevin has spent his career in agriculture. His experience spans from driving the iconic Oscar Mayer Wienermobile to building strategic partnerships with major brands and organizations including the NFL and NASCAR, and developing marketing programs with customers including Walmart and McDonald’s. He has helped shape nationally recognized brands and campaigns, including Got Milk? and the egg industry’s first Cannes Lion-winning campaign, The Incredible Edible Egg and (Kevin) Bacon—making him, fittingly, just one degree away from Kevin Bacon.
